Think you have something paranormal going on - here is a checklist you can refer to. Remember: Only after an investigation can you be fully sure you have something paranormal going on.
Just because you can say yes to some of these items, do not automatically assume you have a haunting:
-- Do you see moving shadows or see something out of the corner of your eye?
-- Do you ever feel unexplained cold spots?
-- Do you ever feel you are being watched?
-- Have you noticed any strange odors?
-- Do young children or pets ever seem to be watching something you can't see with your eyes?
-- Do you have pets that refuse to go into certain areas of the house?
-- Do you hear footsteps or any unexplained noises such as voices or tapping sounds?

Residual vs Intelligent Hauntings:
Simply put - Residual Hauntings are simply playbacks of past events. There may be no actual spirits but just impressions or recordings of events that have been imprinted in the space it occurred.
Intelligent Hauntings - These are ghosts that have not crossed over yet; they may have unfinished business or are too emotionally attached to a person or place to move on. These can interact with humans.
Simply put - Residual Hauntings are simply playbacks of past events. There may be no actual spirits but just impressions or recordings of events that have been imprinted in the space it occurred.

But you still get the sense something is there.............it could go on for days, weeks, months or years. Then, without warning, it is looking directly at you. It could appear as any gender but typically, the image is that of a male. Some are seen as the entire body; some appear where you only see them from the waist up. They can rush into closets, walls, behind furniture, etc. Sometimes they just fade into the night. Some believe these are just guardians watching over us where others have no doubt of the evil these shadows have the potential of causing.

Ouija Boards
There are so many different opinions out there on this topic I don't know where to begin...........actually, I do.........
According to what I consider to be experts in the field (although they are too humble to call themselves that), these are dangerous. Could you use a Ouija Board and have nothing happen - sure. But it only takes that one time to have something negative or evil come through. And remember, just because you use the board and nothing happens immediately. doesn't mean it won't. It could happen suddenly; a week later; months later, or longer. The best advise I can give is DON'T USE THEM. There are people that drive everyday without a seat belt, are in accidents and nothing harmful happens. But it only takes that one accident, without a seat belt where you are not so lucky. So what do most people do - they put on their seat belt to be safe. So protect yourself and stay away from the Ouija Board to be safe. And also - wear your seat belt. :)

Often these types of entities simply want someone to listen to them and help them to come to terms with whatever has happened to them. The activity can get increasingly more active as the spirit gets angry or frustrated that its attempts to communicate are being ignored. Think of a child throwing a tantrum.

Incubus = A demon assuming male form to have sexual intercourse with women in their sleep. Succubus = A demon assuming female form to have sexual intercourse with men in their sleep.
Looking at Genesis 6:4, we learn that the assignment of these demons is to impregnate you. (4) In those days, and even afterward, giants lived on the earth, for whenever the sons of God had intercourse with human women, they gave birth to children who became the heroes mentioned in legends of old. In this scripture we learn that when these demons had sex with these women that the women became pregnant and gave birth to abnormal children – perversions of nature. Incubus and Succubus are the same class of demons that operated in those times, only now they are looking to impregnate you with spiritual perversion.
They do not have actual sex with a person but manipulate the muscles. From documented reports, this is an extremely painful act. Like any other demon, these are very dangerous and can be hard to get rid of.

Not a ghost or human haunting but an energy.
What draws the energy happens when the central person is around. For example: a teenager going through puberty or extreme emotional stress. Negative energy can be released.
--The actions can be very violent.
--Can cause fires – make sure all electrical items are unplugged. Keep curtains away from sockets.
Very hard to get rid of it. You have to let it run its course. Get the teenager or the person causing the negative energy to seek counseling. They need to work out their issues to stop the negative emotions.
They will eventually stop.
